HUMBLE BEGINNINGS!
Voodoo Elite started as a side business to our multi city event operation. Because of our presence in nightclubs and bars we KNEW we could do a better job of attracting, recruiting and training staff, and therefore improve the industry standard.
Our ethos was to attract the highest calibre of staff, by paying them a really high guaranteed wage whilst offering great bonus' to keep them motivated, rather than small commissions and basics that other companies were offering at the time.
This lead to us growing from a small team of 10 people operating 1 venue in Leeds to a fully developed business with over 500 staff in less than 2 years. We now work with most of the industries leading operators but have ensured that throughout our expansion, we NEVER compromise on our service to customers!
